Welcome to our relaxing oasis just a stone's throw from Parco delle Groane, only 13 km by car from the Rho exhibition centre, 40 km from Malpensa Airport and 2 km from Cesate station, which connects you to Milan in 25 minutes.
Lake Como is 30 km away.

The flat is located on the first floor of a building without a lift and consists of:
• 2 large terraces surrounding the entire space.
• Fully equipped kitchen.
• Bathroom with shower cubicle.
• 2 spacious bedrooms.
• 1 large living room.
• Foldaway bed.

Guests can easily access the property using the self check-in system. They will find a key box on the gate from which they can take the keys and independently access the booked flat.

Access to the flat is for the exclusive use of guests and is via self check-in after sending the documents of each GUEST present.

On the day of check-in, you will be provided with instructions on how to access the property and a video explaining the correct procedure for accessing the property independently.

In addition, guests can conveniently park for free on the street or there is the option of indoor parking for a fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Our property is a holiday home managed as a business, therefore, for tax purposes, it is necessary to provide details for the issuance of a receipt or invoice if the applicant has a VAT number.
The final price includes VAT and there is no tourist tax to pay.

We can provide the following services upon request with at least two days' notice:
- Linen change (at a cost of €20 per set of towels and sheets).
- Cleaning during your stay (€19/hour).
- Taxi service.
- Covered garage €15 per night or private car park with CCTV €11 per night.
- Dog sitter
- Babysitter

- Each guest is provided with a set of towels including a face towel, guest towel and bath towel during their stay.

- Small/medium/large pets are allowed on request at an additional cost of €10 per day.

- It is forbidden to stay in the apartment with more people than the number allowed and communicated before check-in. Doing so will result in the cancellation of the booking and immediate removal from the premises with loss of the amount paid.

- Returning the apartment more than 10 minutes after the agreed time, unless previously agreed with the management, will incur a €50.00 charge for “late check-out”, corresponding to the cost of cleaning.
